Our client, who has been independently recognised, by major industry publications and legal directories, as one of the leading law firms offshore, is seeking to recruit a Client Services Administrator.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Assist with the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard.
Support with the incorporation of Guernsey companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business.
Undertake company/litigation searches and ordering of any documents from the Guernsey registry.
Assist with the scanning and filing of any client documentation;
Ensure client expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team in the market place and the potential for repeat work and referrals.
Collaborate with the firm's risk and compliance team, ensuring all client due diligence is processed accurately and client reviews are up to date and keeping abreast of all relevant regulatory changes and industry standards.
Assist with the ongoing data input and maintenance within the governance services practice management database.
Support the team with client due diligence and compliance checks in respect of any new business taken on.
Assist with the preparation of annual validations / returns for clients and the timely preparation of client entity reviews.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates will possess considerable experience in similar role, with a good understanding of company secretarial or governance services, principals and concepts and will be fully or part qualified with STEP or ICSA. Candidates will be familiar with Microsoft Software, Worksite and Viewpoint and be confident in demonstrating their abilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, whilst working within a team as well as independently. This role will suit a highly motivated, proactive and meticulous team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
