Do you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the finance industry, with a desire to work to towards or are currently working toward a relevant professional qualification? If yes, this could be the ideal role for you.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties for this role will include, but will not be limited to:

Attending board and other committee meetings.
Assisting with the client take on of new corporate and fiduciary clients.
Dealing directly and assisting with issues, operational or otherwise that may arise requiring dialogue with the clients.
Ensuring compliance with the relative Trust and Company laws.
Assisting in the revision of the fiduciary policies and procedures.
Maintaining books and statutory records for each entity.
Preparing agenda’s and board packs for client meetings.
Liaising with appointed Auditors (where applicable).
Maintaining Company records with the Guernsey Registry.
Opening and maintaining bank accounts.
Preparing board minutes and actioning points following attendance at meetings.
Assisting with the client take on of new fiduciary clients.

Skills / Qualifications

A willingness to help develop the Client Relationship and Fiduciary team, with a proven track record of client service excellence, including managing client relationships at all levels and excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, along with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a deadline and volume driven environment whilst maintaining accuracy and focus are essential to the role.
