Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Checking clients in and out.
Taking phone enquiries and bookings.
Answering Facebook, Email, Instagram and WhatsApp correspondence.
Assisting with stock Control, ordering, pricing, and putting away orders and products.
Cashing up and daily banking.
Undertaking client management.
Providing support with client feedback and follow-ups.
Assisting with personalised correspondence for clients.
Undertaking additional roles for VIP Clients.
Ensuring the reception area is kept beautifully presented.
Getting online orders ready for postage.
Liaising with marketing to promote the Product of the Month at the point of sale and in the reception area.
Organising information events.
Undertaking target based sales and bookings.

Skills / Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience within hospitality, client relations, or reception, with a well organised and highly motivated approach, and effective communication skills with people at all levels, along with high attention to detail, proven IT skills and a good standard of typing, and the ability to effectively take initiative, and prioritise and cope well with changing priorities are essential to the role.
