Our client, a group of talented financial services specialists in 40 countries across the world, is seeking to recruit a Client Management Team Leader.

Support the local MD and/or Group management in the area of staff recruitment, training, development and supervision.
Approve important/complex fiduciary and management decisions, within the framework/guidelines provided by the internal regulations.
Undertake personal contact with important and strategic clients and advisors, as well as relevant intermediaries in close coordination with WP.
Assist with the preparation and the review of local budget, offering management support to junior managers/teams, in achieving quantitative and qualitative targets set.
Support the MD/Group Management, in the review of sensitive and highly complex cases.
Facilitate the development of new business opportunities from existing clients and existing intermediaries.
Participate in relevant group management committees and workshops.
Collaborate with mandate specific client development project work, in coordination with the case manager, WP and external stakeholders such as bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents and consultants.
Carry out systematic spotting and follow-up on relevant client development initiatives, based on particular client or market circumstances, support WP in client pitches or on occasional intermediary events.
Ensure that successful client projects are replicated in other teams and/or locations and support WP in its regular review of service offering.
Promote the development of best practice and training initiatives, between the local teams and across locations.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A level, or graduate level, coupled by a solid background in the Banking, Fiduciary, Legal or Tax sectors. It is also essential to hold a STEP qualification. Applicants will demonstrate an excellent understanding of key success factors in administrating complex trust and fiduciary structures, along with management skills and willingness to successfully lead a team. It is essential to have relevant marketing experience, good sales and networking skills, as well as the ability and willingness to convince and present ideas. To have a good sense for spotting and developing business opportunities and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be IT proficient and will display good communication and interpersonal skills, with the added ability to motivate others and lead by example. This role will suit an analytical and organised leader, who can handle a number of basic management issues simultaneously, showing the capacity to handle stress and deliver service excellence and meet targets efficiently.
