This is a full time, temporary position (long term), for an Administrator to undertake the day-to-day data entry for all account openings, modifications, data amendments and account closures.

Responsibilities
Input and/or checking of clients data in various systems to ensure timely opening of new client accounts.Review account opening and modification documentation, ensuring its completeness and accuracy prior to being processed.
Assist in the day-to-day input and/or checking of documentation modifications and data amendments into various systems for all client accounts.
Maintain the documentation within the client’s electronic files.
Undertake data cleansing, project work and other ad hoc administrative duties that may arise from time to time, associated with the ongoing maintenance of client accounts booked in Guernsey.
