Our client, one of the largest banks in the world, is seeking to recruit an Officer for the Client Corporate Governance Team.

Arrange certifications and notarisations of KYC documentation when requested in a prompt and efficient manner and within agreed SLA timelines.
Review that work leaving Statutory is accurate in respect of typographical and technical content and to carry out entity reviews.
Maintain internal governance registers, such as PEC/T&O and report upon such to Head of FRG when necessary.
Ensure that all trust company administered companies, comply with regulatory filing requirements together with relevant tax filings.
Maintain the prompt payment of fiscal fees and that the relevant database/systems are kept up to date so that reporting is accurate.
Prepare company and trust minutes/resolutions and any ancillary documentation in order that all directors/shareholders/trustees’ decisions are recorded in accordance with appropriate legislation/entity records/jurisdiction as required.
Utilise templates and formats to ensure that work is produced and completed within the timelines contained in the service level agreements or client deadlines.
Ensure work produced is signed by relevant parties, where possible.
Guarantee that up to date accurate statutory records are maintained and appropriate computer systems (SSD/CHS) are updated accurately and promptly.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with proven experience in Trust and Company administration, whilst either holding or studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators or Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Preference will be given to applicants with basic accounting knowledge or a working understanding of Trust Law and Company Law in offshore Jurisdictions such as the Channel Islands and BVI. Applicants will have solid IT abilities along with excellent organisation and time management coupled with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be familiar with programmes such as Word, Lotus Notes, CHS, Jobstream and Excel. This role will suit a proactive, motivated and meticulous problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
