Do you have experience in Compliance or a customer servicing environment within the financial services sector and AML, CDD and Risk assessment knowledge? If so, this role could be ideal for you.

Working as part of a dynamic case management team, supporting customers with regards to their premium payments.
Communicating effectively and professionally with customers, intermediaries or Regions via telephone or email communication, performing customer care aspects where required.
Performing security calls and video calls for certification of document requirements and also as a fraud prevention.
Proactively supporting the reinstatement of a plan that has been dormant, ensuring the correct documentation is collected from customers and monitoring the end-to-end conclusion.
Proactively identifying other opportunities to enhance customer retention.
Assisting the Team Leader in tracking and reporting performance of the activities in terms of customer benefits, financial benefits and impact on customer retention rates.
Performing Anti-Money Laundering, due diligence and customer risk reviews on instructions received including new business, and policy servicing requirements.
Ensuring a continual focus on customer experience, keeping customers informed and treating customers fairly.

Skills / Qualifications

You will have AML, CDD, Risk assessment awareness, including local regulatory requirements, good computer skills with capabilities in Word & Excel and a customer focused approach, along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to learning and work ethic, excellent communication skills and the ability to work under time pressures are essential to the role.
