Business Development Officer

Our client, a provider of administration of trust, company and foundation structures for both private and corporate clients, is seeking to recruit a .

Responsibilities

Liaise with colleagues in relation to new enquiries and to assist with the completion of client acceptance packs.
Input new business enquiries into the internal CRM system and ensure accurate data is maintained.
Assist with the preparation of new business enquiries, drafting proposals and management of pipeline business.
Ensure all KYC documents is received for submission to compliance for acceptance purposes.
Arrange meetings for the Business Acceptance Committee as and when appropriate.
Liaise with colleagues, clients, third parties and intermediaries in assisting with the generation of new opportunities.
Support the business in developing the client base.
Attend client meetings, industry shows and conference as and when required.
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the fiduciary sector, and will either hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AML or Compliance, along with sound knowledge of the fiduciary business and associated regulations. Applicants will demonstrate solid IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisation techniques, coupled with a confidant professional manner. This role will suit a proactive and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
