Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Safeguarding, managing and developing the brand, and engaging people across the organisation to ensure consistent use of the brand identity and messaging.
Ensuring all brand, marketing and digital strategies and plans support the organisational vision and strategy.
Taking ownership and developing the group's online brand portal.
Developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness, understanding and consideration of services, working closely with the senior management team.
Project managing the operational support for the marketing and brand aspects of group projects, including new office openings, office moves and new service lines.
Leading on the development and maintenance of the Group and Chinese websites.
Steering the group's digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing SEM, demonstrating ROI against agreed performance indicators.
Developing and rolling out on-brand collateral, merchandise and print to support the firm's M&BD efforts.
Building opportunities for enhanced lead nurturing and conversions.
Conducting market and competitor analysis and research to support required projects and strategies.
Developing the firm's eMarketing channels and approach, facilitating increased levels of automation.
Providing leadership, direction, support and line management to the Assistant Manager – Digital.
Developing, managing and reporting on digital strategy and progress.
Supporting colleagues across the organisation to achieve their goals via the provision of effective marketing coordination and support, including management of the creative and digital agencies.
Understanding and complying with the governance and regulatory requirements critical to the M&BD function.

Skills / Qualifications

A proven track record of operational delivery, alongside technical experience which will enable you to hit the ground running, with a relevant degree and/or relevant professional qualifications (CIM, DMI) and a creative problem-solving approach, along with effective communication skills, a commitment to providing excellent client service and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced professional
environment are essential to the role.
