Board Assistant

Our client, one of the largest private markets investment managers in the world, serving over 700 institutional investors worldwide, is seeking to recruit a Board Assistant.




Act as the primary contact person for the Board and associated committees.
Ensure meeting agendas are complete.
Ensure efficient follow up and closure on matters arising from board and committee meetings.
Assist with the preparation of reporting materials for board and committee packs.
Contribute to various board/committee level projects.
Develop and implement appropriate procedures and processes.
Coordinate various parties and oversee the smooth running of the entire board process and related governance matters.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with experience in an operations or company secretarial environment being preferred. Applicants will possess solid IT skills along with excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This role will suit an self-motivated, positive and confidant team player with strong interpersonal skills.
