Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Completing allocated tasks to a high standard which meet set reporting and auditing standards.
Undertaking WIP monitoring and reporting, preparing reports for manager’s review and ensuring these are posted on time.
Assisting with utilisation monitoring.
Undertaking timesheet monitoring.
Drafting bank letters and managing the intake of these.
Managing risk reviews, including undertaking these and drafting initial reviews.
Drafting engagement letters and responses.
Preparing invoicing.
Opening and closing clients on DRIVE.
Preparing client acceptance and continuation forms.
Monitoring partner rotation, long association and potential independence issues.
Assisting with job recovery monitoring.
Analysing systems comparison reports.
Assisting with billing.

Skills / Qualifications

Highly PC literate with good knowledge of Windows software and effective communication skills with people at all levels, along with good interpersonal and planning skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines are essential to the role.
