Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Undertaking administration tasks relevant to the incorporation of new companies in a variety of jurisdictions and to prepare company incorporation documentation.
Ensuring AGM’s are up to date for client companies.
Inputting new trusts and company information onto NAV One database in an accurate and timely manner.
Assisting the department to complete a full harmonisation of policies, procedures and process maps within the Group.
Undertaking administration tasks and preparing documentation in respect of entities transferring to another administration.
Assisting the department with the filing of Annual Returns by the due dates in the various jurisdictions.
Providing support to the department with data related tasks including any requests from Ops and Compliance teams.
Acting as Guernsey NAV Champion and providing support to CRM teams on NAV One related queries.
Assisting the department with both the lodgement and removal of safe custody items and updates to NAV Register.
Ensuring accurate time recording in NAV One on a daily basis to ensure clients are billed for time expended.
Assisting with the testing and upgrading core systems as used within the Group.
Delegating work for the team and acting as a point of reference for members of staff with regard to client-related problems.

Skills / Qualifications

A thorough understanding of the trust concept and Trust and Company Law in various jurisdictions, together with an understanding of the due diligence requirements in line with GFSC rules and anti-money laundering regulations, and proven people management skills, along with good IT skills, effective communication, organisation and time management skills, good social skills, and the ability to meet with professional contacts both in a business and social context and to meet with clients as required are essential to the role.
