Our client, a leading actuarial company, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Investment Department.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties for this placement will include, but will not be limited to:

Reviewing and checking regular investment analysis and reports.
Supporting in the delivery of non regular reporting and other consultancy services to clients.
Using, maintaining and developing Excel spreadsheets and specialist actuarial software systems to support the advice given to clients.
Providing input into investment related projects and processes including development of mathematical models, new services and coordinating Investment Development Group meetings.

Skills / Qualifications

3 years’ experience as a Senior Analyst or Senior Actuarial Trainee or equivalent, with a relevant professional membership/qualification, such as IFoA, along with good knowledge of Word and Excel, proven time management skills and the ability to assist with the management of team workloads or who can demonstrate the necessary skills to be able to step up to this position are essential to the role.
