Our client, a global quality leader in the trust and corporate services sector, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager for their Corporate Services Team.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Manage and administer a portfolio of trusts and companies.
Update accounting records, including bookkeeping in a timely manner.
Prepare correspondence as required.
Post and reconcile statements, investment portfolios and rental statements.
Hold responsibility for fee collection and chasing and collecting debtors.
Prepare annual accounts for trusts and companies and receipts, payment statements and asset statements.
Liaise with beneficiaries, investment brokers, bankers, auditors, property advisers, agents and lawyers.
Ensure that Guernsey and the company anti money laundering and terrorist financing regulations are complied with to the extent required by the role, especially in respect of the reporting of suspicious activity or transactions, client due diligence and record keeping.
Prepare basic annual tax work for trusts and companies and liaise with tax advisors and/or the tax department.
