This is a new role for an individual with at least 2 years' experience in banking, corporate secretarial or office administration to provide efficient, timely and high quality administration services to the Client Relationship Managers.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Duties for this role will include, but will not be limited to:

Assisting with TISE announcements and Guernsey Registry filings.
Undertaking Company Secretarial duties.
Preparing payments.
Undertaking meeting support, including room set up and clear down, lunch orders, and taxi arrangements.
Liaising with professional firms as required.
Undertaking general office administrative duties, including covering, for absences, and dealing with general reception tasks.

Skills / Qualifications

Good level of education (minimum educated to A level standard), with proven customer service skills and a working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills, solid numeracy skills and the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities and multiple deadlines in a dynamic and proactive way are essential to the role. Applicants with knowledge of Guernsey Fiduciary industry and regulatory requirements would be beneficial.
