Our client, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Administrator, for their Trust and Corporate department.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assist the team with the administration of a client portfolio.
Undertake bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records.
Offer support with draft written instructions and on-line payments for distributions, dividends and professional fees.
Maintain accurate statutory databases of the team's client portfolio.
Liaise with intermediaries by email, telephone and written correspondence.
Assist with drafting minutes and general correspondence for review by the administrator or manager.
Support with the take-on of new businesses, including the review of due-diligence, preparation of initial Board/Trustee minutes and establishing the client on in house systems.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a good academic background, with a minimum of 3 A Levels, or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who have some administrative experience, although full training will be provided. Applicants will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complimented with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, common sense and a good sense of humour. This role will suit an adaptable, smartly presented and confident team player, who applies accuracy and attention to detail to all duties.
