Our client is seeking to recruit an Administrator who will report directly to the Operations Supervisor for this non client facing role.


Guernsey, Channel Islands


Assisting with set up of employees on banking systems and providing support in an external bank liaison role.
Production and oversight of internal reports and review processes.
Assisting with monitoring and reviewing of oversight data and addressing issues as necessary.
Promotion and implementation of new departmental processes and procedures.
Assisting with communication of change and providing support with its implementation.
Liaising with other departments in relation to operational matters and providing adhoc assistance to the administration teams when necessary.
Assisting with the oversight of FATCA and CRS annual submissions.
Assist with reviews of client due diligence.
Adhoc project and review work of varying complexity as required

Education Requirements

Candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' trust experience or equivalent finance experience and be educated to ‘A’ Level standard. Excellent communication and organisational skills, good letter writing skills and numeracy and computer skills are essential for this role.
