Candidates should have 3-5 years' experience and will hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification. They should also have a competent understanding of Guernsey Company and Trust Laws, be able to hit the ground running and want to build a career in Trust.

Responsibilities

Administer a complex portfolio, including Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the team,intermediaries, client and client advisors.
Undertake periodic reviews of client files.
Assist the Senior Administrator/Assistant Manager/Manager in providing training to Assistant Administrators.
Undertake the billing and debt collection for the client portfolios.
Acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio.
Prepare written correspondence and assist with Board and Trustee minutes and checklists.
Undertake the initial review of working paper files for the annual accounts and financial statements.
Provide general assistance to the Assistant Manager/Manager as required.

Skills / Qualifications

Candidates will be educated to A level standard and will have completed or be working towards a relevant qualification such as ICSA or STEP. Applicants will have a commercial outlook, be able to spot opportunities to develop, demonstrate enthusiasm and have an aptitude for learning. The successful candidate will work collaboratively and share knowledge and experience. The role will suit a team player with strong communication skills who will be driven to deliver a quality service.
