Accounts Administrator

Our client, an international group offering expert advisory and management services, in personal and corporate wealth, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator.




Receive, approve, and when necessary, investigate client's payable invoices.
Code payables prior to input.
Communicate, both in verbal and written form with clients, client suppliers, vendors and in-house contacts.
Keep track of client assets.
Prepare appropriate schedules and reports, as requested by clients.
Deposit account receivables into client bank accounts.
Receive, review and post client statements.
Prepare ledgers and accounts records, prior to audit reviews.
Generate reports for clients.
Undertake training in accounts administration and bookkeeping, in order to improve knowledge and skills.
Carry out related duties, including accounts and administration tasks, when required.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs, at grade C or above, including English and Maths, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fiduciary services; ideally having hands on exposure to trust and company administration and client relationship services. It is also essential to possess experience at Bookkeeper or Accounts Administrator level and a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Email. Preference will be given to candidates who are professionally qualified to AAT/CAT or equivalent level, or are in the process of achieving this. Applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, observing confidentiality requirements at all times. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, organised and diligent team player, who applies good attention to detail and proactively seeks new tasks.
