Our client is seeking to recruit an Account Manager for their Global Family Office team.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Responsibilities

Building trusted client relationships through engagement, effective communication and actions.
Responding to client instructions immediately and queries within 24 hours.
Informing clients of any substantive changes to processes and procedures adopted by the company.
Monitoring cash positions and overdrafts.
Navigating the company on behalf of the client and their needs.
Facilitating client’s ability to use online applications such as Wealth Passport, TOE & GCM.
Proactively working with clients to minimize risk and anticipate needs.
Escalating client concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintaining all documentation and files as appropriate to each client relationship.
Coordinating all requests from clients with regard to account opening/closing, global markets and authorised signatories.
Updating service level descriptions and account sheets as appropriate.
Opening and closing accounts.
Raising requests to remove and add users for on-line client system and maintain a list of users.
Assisting the Relationship Manager with the client service review meetings including the preparation of presentations and the preparation and distribution of agendas.
Preparing call reports in conjunction with the Relationship manager within 48 hours of the meeting.
Following up with internal parties on any queries and/or issues which arise from meetings within 24 hours.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a good background and understanding of the global custody industry and direct experience in interacting with demanding clients or prospects and meeting their needs. Applicants will be IT proficient, will have good communication and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise competing demands and be flexible with working when required. The successful candidate will be a team focused, self-motivated individual with excellent time management, a focus on client relationships and the ability to perform under pressure, applying a high degree of accuracy at all times.
