Responsibilities

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Meeting prospective clients.
Onboarding new clients.
Coordinating key projects internally and externally.
Dealing with partner account queries.
Proactively developing client relationships, helping to shape the strategy of B2B clients.
Reporting on client performance internally and externally, with the aim of providing insightful recommendations to drive continuous growth.

Skills / Qualifications

High levels of proficiency in Excel and Word, with a good understanding of data analysis and excellent organisational skills, along with a hands-on approach to problem solving, an eagle eye when it comes to detail/error spotting, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once and react quickly when needed are essential to the role.
