Stringent checks on Temporary and Contract workers

More and more companies are requiring stringent checks from Temporary and Contract workers.  We have always provided the company with two references, an up to date police check, photo ID and right to work, however, a number of companies now require five years worth of references if the candidate has been employed during this time, if not sight of School/University cert. or travel documentations.  Often a credit check will be done on the candidate and they will be required to provide five years of addresses and finally the candidate may be asked to complete and sign the company he/she will be working for own agreement form.
