Customer Services Officer

Our client is a leading banking organisation, seeking to recruit a Customer Services Officer to be responsible for providing a high-quality service to customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
On a day-to-day basis, the Customer Services Officer will assist in the delivery of the branch retail plan by:-
- Ensuring all customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximised.
- Undertaking effective individual and business reviews.
- Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately.
- Working all Customer Contact Opportunity (CCO) lists, contact promises and open sales reminders.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal and empathy skills, be able to work on tasks independently and take appropriate responsibility for actions and decisions, be reliable and capable of rising to the challenge. They should also enjoy keeping busy and be able to sustain a high level of energy over a long period of time, be driven to achieve challenging targets and keen to improve their own performance.
