UK Settlements Clerk

Our client, a well established finance organisation, is seeking to recruit a UK Settlements Clerk to assist with the day-to-day functions within the Operations Department.
Duties will include:-
- Receiving and checking electronic record cards (ERC), inputting stock details onto ERC item and inputting the details into Flagship.
- Releasing payment authority on Flagship.
- Checking deposits have been settled.
- Inputting trade information into 3rd party websites.
- Chasing registrars for outstanding certificates.
- Completing fund managers registration forms.
- Arranging payment to relevant managers on Fund purchases and up-front payments.
- Lodge stock against traded options and monitor margin etc and reconcile daily.
Candidates will need to have experience in a similar role, with a background in Securities.
